Ordered 3 items totalling £68, first item £3.96 deliveredon its own - follow up emails re other 2 items not answered, impossible to get customer services on phone. Eventually contacted on chat - they agreed fullrefund as sorry and goodwill - refund received less£4.99 delivery which should have covered all 3 items.Nightmare company to deal with - never again.

Along with majority on this site I’m extremely disappointed with customer service from Sarah Raven . The products I’ve received over the last year have been overpriced and I’m left feeling underwhelmed by them . The battle to query orders , find out where goods are that never arrive have been long and protracted . No- one seems particularly bothered once they have your money . I’ve ordered off several other on- line companies during this year and all have performed better at customer service , despatching goods , and quality of goods . Despite all these bad reviews nothing seems to change . Despite their products looking delightful in their marketing e-mails and brochures ( the only reliable contact they make ! ) I will not order from them again .

Absolute shocking service. I made the error of sending a packet of seeds to the wrong address. ONE PACKET. I immediately contacted Sarah Raven through their chatbot and customer support line to be told that it was 'already processed' and that they would not cancel the order or organise a refund. Their only option was to refuse the order and send it back at my own expense.
As slick an operation as they think they are, this is a scam. They are not Amazon, dealing with 000's orders per hour. I will not be purchasing from these rip-off merchants again. It is an insult on so many fronts.

Very unhappy. I ordered Camassia Quamash, and they sent something completely different, so the next year they promised they would send the correct item. They sent something else again, some sort or small allium I think. Now I can't get hold of them. They won't respond to email, and they cut you off if you try to phone, even if it is during their opening hours. Terrible service.

I contacted customer services on the 14th April and again on the 18th. The plants that arrived looked nothing like the colour they should have been.I sent them photos of mine and their advert.They have not bothered to reply to me and it is now the 26th.of April. Sarah Raven you need to wake up from your flower bed and sort your customer services out.

I love my new tulip collection this year. I also planted last year’s out of the way in the garden and they have come back better than ever!

Poor quality product, poor quality packaging and zero customer service.I received 6 white japanese anemone plants packaged so badly that half of them were either out of the pots or upside down, damaging the barely existent growth and exposing the roots. The pots were full of grass seedlings and so soggy the instruction booklet fell apart. I have sent two emails with my order number as the subject line to make it nice and easy but not even a response to say that they're busy, that they've received my emails but will take a few days to process, nothing. I want a refund for the plants. I certainly wouldn't have picked them out in a garden centre for myself. Extremely disappointed.

No, not business, but a totally disrespectful shambles. Seedling plants received with no labels, 3 different types, but unable to distinguish as they all look the same, and (big surprise!) nobody answers phone when you ring to find out what can be done. Quote from website: "As it is now peak season for us we are currently experiencing very high volumes of calls and emails, so please allow 7 working days for a response", which is code for "we can't be bothered with customer service because we're too busy tending plants, so please don't hassle us." Of course, perhaps they wouldn't be quite as busy if they didn't make so many mistakes. Having emailed, I am still waiting for a reply, but I presume that if their email does not answer my questions properly, I'll have to wait another week for a response to my follow-up message. I daresay Covid will be blamed as well - that was also around this time last year, but have they learned anything from the experience? Clearly not, but fortunately I have - no matter how good their products, avoid at all costs.In my experience, businesses which provide abysmal service have simply found another excuse in Covid. Those which provide excellent service continue to do so throughout - know what I mean?

I can forgive companies struggling last year. However, ordered a Philadelphus Belle etoile after Christmas. Supposed to arrive in March, it didn’t so chased order. A very small plant arrived in a 2litre pot. Bought a different plant at a local nursery which is five times the size and half the price. Sadly won’t be tempted to buy from them again ?

I can't say enough good things about the plants, bulbs and seeds I got from SR. The way the live plants were sent were a cut above the other companies I used. They have nearly all thrived and done well. I've had 2 sad ones I'm trying to nurse back to good health and a few packets of seeds that haven't been wonderful. But otherwise I am so happy and impressed and will use them for a long time to come.


Ordered a mini lantern with lights to hang outside the house at Christmas. The product didn't look like the picture, you couldn't actually see the lights through the glass. My email to them from weeks ago remains unanswered. Very poor good and poor customer service.
